Terms & Conditions
  1. Payments should be received by us at least 10 days before the start of the course, unless we have agreed otherwise.
  2. We are unable to invoice participants who are not funded by an organisation.
  3. Any cancellation must be made in writing and sent to
  4. Cancellations received more than four weeks before the course will receive a full refund. Cancellations received up to 14 days before the event will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations received with less than 14 days notice will not receive a refund.
  5. You can nominate another person in your place at no charge. Any change must be given to us in writing, giving the name, address and phone number of your replacement.
  6. In the unlikely event that Chalmers Byrne have to cancel a course, we will not be liable for any expenses occurred by an individual or organisation.
